Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but it did the job. The room had a kettle, and the bathroom had a shower and bath together. WiFi was reliable when I needed to work. The rooms look worn and could use a refresh, though the bed was very comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature. It was fairly quiet too, which helped me sleep well.

We came with a group of students, and the staff made the stay easy. They were professional, helpful, and gave us amazing customer service. The rooms were clean, the location was ideal, and breakfast was perfect. We'll definitely be back.

Breakfast was a letdown. We arrived at 9:30 on the first morning and there was hardly any hot food left, with nothing being replenished even though breakfast ran until 10. We went earlier the next day and still didn't find much food. The room was reasonably comfortable, but the lighting could be better. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in the middle of the city, very close to the train station.

The front desk folks were nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved how close the hotel is to the train and bus stations. There was coffee a block away, plus inexpensive falafel and kebabs two blocks away.

We were pleasantly surprised on arrival when the hotel upgraded us to a Junior suite for free. I'd brought my wife along at short notice for a business trip, and the kind staff were happy to help with anything. Breakfast had a fantastic range, and the location made it easy to visit both the lower and upper city. Bergamo is beautiful. I'd happily recommend NH Hotel for business or leisure, and I'm looking forward to NH Amsterdam RAI next week!
