We could’ve stayed by the pool all day, and loved the homemade breakfasts too. Our room was lovely, with views from the terrace, and the gardens full of lemon and olive trees were beautiful. Villa Flavia is perfectly placed for nearby beaches and baroque towns. Nanni was so kind and welcoming. The only hard part was leaving. Can’t wait to come back!

We’d love to return. The breakfast was amazing, and the old villa, garden, and pool made it such a relaxing place to spend time. The host was incredibly welcoming.

The room and its big balcony were marvelous, and Nanni speaks very good English and shared lots of useful tips for trips. Anna and Nanni made us feel welcome from the start right through to the end. Breakfast was delicious and had everything we wanted. Villa Flavia is a real gem, and if we come back to Sicily, we’ll definitely visit again. Those five stars are thoroughly deserved.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet, just right for slowing down and relaxing. Everyone was friendly, and the homemade bruschetta at breakfast was incredible. In spring, the villa is a good option when the beaches get windy, since the wind feels less strong here. In summer, though, the southeast-facing balconies might get quite hot without any shade. A solar-panel roof over them could help keep the rooms cooler and lower electricity costs by powering the air conditioning during the day. We’d gladly come back in spring or fall.

The garden and pool are lovely, and my son, who plays football, really enjoyed the football pitch. Nanni is a gentle, helpful host, and la Signora Anna is a gem who greets you with a warm smile and delicious breakfast. Such a beautiful place, surrounded by nature and peace.
