This 19th-century building is pleasing to look at. After climbing the usual staircase to the B&B, the first door opens onto a little forest of plants, and the next one leads into something like a museum. The owner is very serious. 😑 The rooms are VERY CLEAN and welcoming, but the bathroom makes irritating noises from the building’s sewage system, including at night. The hot water in the shower was a miracle. We had to use the neighbor’s shower, which wasn’t good.

You can feel the nobility of the place right in the historic center. First-class hospitality. Definitely worth trying.

The owner made us feel welcome right away and was just as warm at breakfast. Our room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. A lovely spot in Modica's historic center, and highly recommended.

Breakfast was excellent, and everything was meticulously clean. The central location in the heart of Modica was exactly what we needed. Just keep parking in mind, since finding a spot nearby can be very difficult.

The staff were attentive from the moment we arrived, and breakfast was generous with plenty of variety. The hotel is charming and well located, and our clean room had a full bathroom and a terrace.
