The breakfast was simple, tasty, and generous, with local cheeses, crepes, jams, juices, and that lovely coffee aroma from the moka pot. Diego, the owner, greeted us with a snack made from local products and was welcoming and available whenever needed, while still being discreet. We stayed here in summer in an old, renovated residence made up of independent cottages, furnished with period pieces that felt like being at your grandmother’s house. The Ragusa countryside setting was wonderfully relaxing, and the nights stayed cool even in August, so we never turned on the air conditioning, though it was there. Thanks for the hospitality, and for the bottle of wine!

Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with fresh local products and lots of helpful excursion tips from Emanuele, the manager. Diego, the owner, was also so friendly and helpful. The welcome was especially warm, with Sicilian snacks and cold drinks. We loved the beautiful, peaceful, stylish property, including the small pool that we sometimes had all to ourselves. We were thrilled with this agriturismo and would definitely come back.

Manuel’s breakfast is a real treat: there’s always muesli, yogurt, fresh fruit, homemade ricotta, fresh baguette, and coffee. On top of that, there may be salami, ham, pancakes, fried eggs, pastries with pistachio cream, and freshly squeezed mandarin and lime juice. Simply fantastic! It’s a lovely agriturismo for relaxing by the pool, and a handy base for trips around southeastern Sicily and the south coast.

The setting makes it easy to reach the sea and visit Modica, Scicli, and Ragusa Ibla. It’s a charming, relaxing home, and Diego, the owner, is attentive and very helpful with guests’ needs. Emanuele manages the property with real kindness and serves an excellent breakfast featuring local products and seasonal fruit.
