We really liked the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The heating never got warm enough, even though we left it on all day, so nights were still cold. Breakfast was limited but okay. There was no tea or coffee maker in the room, and nobody was at the small bar.

We had a perfect stay. The hotel was good, the location was great, and the staff were very polite, especially Lorenzo. Thanks, Lorenzo!

The Duomo is only a few steps away and the view is great. That's the main thing this place has going for it. Breakfast was very basic, and water was leaking from the air conditioner. My room's curtain was held up with staples, and other furniture and items needed repairs. The place really needs maintenance and upgrades.

8/10
The staff were nice, breakfast was good, and I enjoyed the art exhibition in the shared areas while eating. The hotel itself is very modern and has a lovely view of Modica. But our room didn't live up to the website photos. It felt rather bare, with little furniture or decoration.

2/10
The location is nice and the hotel clearly has potential, but I think it's overrated. We had a terrible night. The mattress was awful, with springs pressing into us, and the sheets had a horrible perfume smell. Our room was dark and had almost no furniture; the bathroom had dirt and a water leak. The unfinished work and exposed electrical wires made the place feel unprofessional, and there was no fire evacuation plan.
