The large terrace was our favorite part of the apartment. It has an outdoor kitchen, a shower, and several places to sit, so it gave us a great alternative when mid-September weather kept us from going to the beach very often. The beach is conveniently just a five-minute walk away. We had everything we needed at "Attico" in Marina di Modica. The apartment was modern and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area that made us feel at home. Giovanni was quick to reply and accommodating throughout, and the flexible late checkout was especially helpful while traveling with our small baby. We had extra time to get organized without stress. A fantastic stay, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for a comfortable, easy visit to Marina di Modica.

We were so happy with the apartment that we added to our stay, spending five nights there. It’s in a great spot, just a few steps from the start of Corso Umberto 1 and under a ten-minute walk from the railway station. Even though it’s near the town center, it stayed quiet in the evenings. The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped, with two bedrooms, comfortable double beds in both, and a large balcony. Giovanni was a perfect host, polite and helpful, and quick to answer our questions about the area. We highly recommend it if you’re staying in lovely Modica.

Giovanni met us at the Keys of Sicily apartment in Modica (Cardinal), and we went through the place together. It was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Parking was easy, though it was October, and Giovanni even let us use his own parking spot on the first night. His recommendations for places to eat and sights to see were excellent. It’s a great place to stay right in the heart of Modica, and we’d definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay in this clean, comfortable apartment. The large balcony was lovely to sit on, and our host was responsive and helpful. Free parking was just a short walk away.

We were three families and ended up staying across all three apartments. The kitchens were fully equipped, and the apartments also had hairdryers and basic essentials. The hosts were amazing, and the location was perfect. We’d happily stay here again 😄
