There's plenty of room here, enough that a fairly large group could stay comfortably. I liked having a good kitchen and somewhere to relax in the evenings instead of heading out. It makes a handy base for exploring the area. Just be aware that the floors get really cold in winter, though there is a heater.

The host was really helpful with information. The place itself is nice, but it felt very cold, and the heating is just an air conditioner. With tile throughout, you'd want to bring flip-flops. It was also very small for two adults and a five-year-old.

Floriana made us feel so welcome, even leaving a little gift of tasty local products for our arrival. She also arranged a tasting of artisanal cannoli at one of Modica's best-known pastry shops. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the comforts we needed. Being right in the historic center meant we could walk around town and drive to places like Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, and the seaside resorts. We found parking just a few meters away. We'd happily come back.

The highlight was the cannoli tasting at a historic pastry shop in Modica, and Floriana was so thoughtful and helpful throughout. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. A very positive stay, and I'm completely satisfied. I'd definitely recommend it.

Floriana was always kind and available, and her welcome made our stay feel special. She gave us a voucher for two cannoli at Bonaiuti Chocolate, a treat for anyone who loves good food. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, right in central Modica, so it was easy to explore on foot. We had a truly lovely experience and would gladly return. Highly recommended.
