We found the owner very kind and helpful with what we needed. The apartment was elegant and welcoming, and the location is excellent, right near the center of Catania and close to the bus stop for the airport. Adam

Although it’s small, the apartment is comfortable and carefully equipped, with plug adapters, recycling bins, and air conditioning in every room. It’s just steps from Modica’s main street and about 15 minutes from the upper town. The host gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. Check-in times were flexible.

Great location, and the apartment has a TV, air conditioning, a coffee machine with pods, and a kitchen.

The place itself is modern and very nice, and there wasn’t much else to complain about. The main problem was the bed: two old, uncomfortable single mattresses on separate box springs. The balcony faces another house with no view, and its door was broken, though they fixed it quickly. We booked through Booking.com, where some of the information wasn’t quite accurate. A new bed would make a big difference.

The owner was really friendly, and we had a good stay overall. Just found the mattresses much too soft.
