We had to arrange different accommodation less than a day before arriving, and the cancellation left us with extra costs while waiting for Booking.com's promised refund, which could take 14 days. The reservation was canceled the day before our arrival, just hours after it had been confirmed. That same day, we were contacted from several WhatsApp accounts and asked to pay council tax through an external link, although we'd already prepaid everything through Booking.com. We checked with them on Booking.com's platform because the request looked suspicious, and then they canceled our stay. The communication was chaotic and caused us a lot of distress. Avoid this place if you want to spare yourself that unprofessional treatment.

We had a great stay. The owner was really kind and helpful, and everything felt new, clean, and fresh. There's lots of space, plus a lovely sunroof with a bubble pool. It's in a very quiet area too. Definitely has that little extra, and was well worth it. I'd recommend it 11/10 👍
