The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were quite friendly. The bathroom locks are a bit old, but a firm tug should do the job.

It was a cozy apartment in Bergamo, conveniently located near the main motorway and with easy access to the airport.

I was astonished by how rude the receptionist was. The apartment itself was cold and empty. My booking request for a check-in between midnight and 1:00 am on Thursday night had been accepted because my flight was due to land at 11:30 pm at Orio al Serio. Then, on the day itself, he told me I had to arrive by midnight or there might be nobody there. His excuses felt pathetic and childish, like something a teenager would say. He explained that he was a university student earning €4 an hour and wasn't paid to work after midnight. He offered to send his transport to pick me up from Orio al Serio for €10. I turned that down and pointed out that the property had accepted the check-in through booking, so he needed to wait for me. Later he said he would only wait until 12:30 am. I managed to get there by midnight because I didn't want to risk being left outside, but then he kept me waiting in the rain for 15 minutes. I've never experienced such rudeness. I attached photos of our WhatsApp conversation as proof. The Wi-Fi wasn't working when I got to the house. €40 wasted, and I'd strongly advise people not to use this place.

The kitchen had no gas, so cooking wasn't possible, and the internet didn't work either. One bedroom shutter wouldn't close. The furniture was very old and dated, and should be replaced, along with the mattresses visible from the entrance. The guy was nice, but the stay wasn't as pleasant as we'd expected.
