Villa Giovanna

There’s always something to eat in the kitchen, and the rooms are spacious, fresh-smelling, and furnished with new, comfortable mattresses. The place is kept in good condition, and it’s quiet and peaceful. We got a warm welcome. I like Francesco, the manager, and his son Daniel. Buses 5A and 5B serve the area, and it’s easy to get to Bergamo airport. Come and see for yourself. Thanks, Daniel and Francesco.

We arrived very early in the morning, and our room was already ready. It was warm, the TV had great programming, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean, had lots of free items, and opened onto a terrace where you could sit and enjoy the view. Sig.Francesco was friendly and polite. The neighborhood is calm and really quiet.

This was a horrid place, and I found the owner a horrible person. The B&B was incredibly dirty and felt unsafe. My friend rented there long-term. Owner Francesco would come into her room and take pictures of her belongings. He then refused to register the contract and later wouldn’t return her deposit. I don’t know about the shop. I’m also not even mentioning his attempts to get in with her and several other girls staying there. I believe the owner is a literal criminal engaged in financial manipulation.

We moved out on the first day. With the steam running, the room temperature was close to 0 degrees, there was no hot water, and the room was dirty. Someone kept trying to get into our room all night. I’ve never stayed somewhere worse, and there’s a reason it’s rated so low.
