The rooms were spotless, modern, and comfortable, and the pool was kept up well and worked for kids. The farmhouse sits in a lovely natural setting near both the village and the sea, though you'll want a car to get around. We'd happily come back.

Mr. Dino was especially helpful, offering rides and thoughtful tips on places to eat and visit. My family and I stayed three nights as a brief stop on our trip. It’s a very peaceful spot, though the pool was farther from the building than we’d hoped, so we didn’t end up using it. Pets are welcome, and it seems well suited to a quiet break.

Fruit and olive groves stretch across the countryside around this genuine farmhouse. It’s also easy to reach Bernalda’s center, nearby towns, and the local beaches by road.

Dino and his family were wonderfully kind and ready to help with advice whenever we needed it. We spent 10 days here with our Labrador, who was welcomed and had a great holiday too. Our ground-floor apartment had a garden, a furnished patio, and a barbecue, while the kitchen and bathroom came with everything we needed and then some. Everything was spotless and carefully looked after. The peaceful countryside, with its olive groves and orchards, made it easy to enjoy the freedom and quiet. My only small suggestion is to divide the garden so guests have a little more space to themselves. We were completely won over and plan to return next year.
