We had a lovely week, and the house and grounds were kept in very good condition. The place has an old-world feel, almost like stepping into a Jane Austen novel, but with two pools. It’s a big, old building with lots of rooms in different sizes and levels of quality. Some rooms share a bathroom, and I promise you’ll get lost at first. There are two small regular kitchens, plus a professional kitchen for weddings and events. That costs extra, and we didn’t use or book it. The agency’s pictures show the property well, so I’ll stick to sharing pictures with a special atmosphere. All in all, a lovely place.

The gardens are much-vaunted, and there’s a magical feel to the place, with breathtaking views and interiors full of history and tradition. The double pool includes one heated indoor pool and one outdoor pool. The spaces work well for corporate events and special occasions, from ceremonies and parties to large celebrations. If you can afford the stay and its related services, I’d highly recommend it.

I was here for work in 2025, but I wasn’t staying as a guest, so I can’t comment on the hospitality services. The property itself is magnificent, and the greenery is perfectly maintained!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An enchanting, spectacular place, with a real presence when you see it. It’s fabulous for relaxing for a few days, and when it’s set up for a wedding, it creates unique emotions. Everything can be improved, of course, but this is above average.
