The owners were kind and full of helpful suggestions for places to see and eat. The B&B is in a peaceful spot, with the center and main attractions still easy to reach. Our room was spotless, carefully kept, and immediately felt welcoming. Breakfast was relaxed and delicious, with fresh, genuine ingredients. You can tell a lot of care goes into the place. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended if you want comfort and a warm welcome.

Waking up to the view was a dream, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spacious and peaceful, too. We were taken by the farmhouse from the moment we arrived, set among olive trees and hills like a scene from a painting. Inside, the stone and wood details and warm furnishings are beautifully done. You can feel the love that went into restoring and caring for the place. We spent a few days there and couldn't have wished for more.

Umbria is right there to explore, and the grounds have a lovely local feel, with fruit trees, pergolas, a little pond, pool, hot shower, solar panels, and even foosball in the shade. The common spaces are tight, though, and everyone has to squeeze in. The building itself is showing wear and could use an update.

The garden was a delight, with fruit trees and a pond where goldfish and frogs live. In the evening you could hear them chirping, which made everything feel peaceful and almost like a fairytale. We spent two lovely days there as a family, surrounded by nature. Mrs. Gabriella and her husband made us feel so welcome. Breakfast each morning was delicious and homemade, especially the carrot and amaretti cake, an easy 10 out of 10. We'll definitely return.
