The breakfast was excellent, and the woman who runs the B&B was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. I found the room clean, lovely, and thoughtfully equipped. The property itself is beautiful, set in the countryside near charming villages and other places to explore. I had a really pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere quiet and comfortable.

The owner’s kindness really stood out. We were going through a difficult time, and she went out of her way to help us, which made the stay especially meaningful. The place was clean and welcoming, and the location was great. We highly recommend staying here.

A peaceful spot surrounded by nature, great for meditation. Our room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was excellent. Barbara was also incredibly available and helpful. We’ll definitely come back!

Barbara was so kind and helpful, and breakfast was excellent, with local products. The farmhouse is tucked into the countryside but well placed for exploring Umbria’s heart, including Spello, Montefalco, and Bevagna. The area’s best-known wineries are nearby too, and Assisi is less than half an hour away.
