The house has everything you'd need for a week or two, including a stove, a fridge with freezer, an oven, and a washing machine. There's a large garden with a pool, and the place can comfortably sleep eight. Our ninth person used a fold-down bed in the upstairs hallway. La Spezia is very close, though the tunnel in that direction is currently closed for construction until April 2020, so the drive there takes a bit longer.
