I’ve been coming here for a peaceful summer break for years. The rolling hills, lush woods, and excellent water make the setting priceless, and the restoration has been done with taste and skill. Cinzia, the owner, and Ada, her assistant, are friendly and helpful. Animal lovers will feel right at home.

A special mention for our lovely hostess, who helped create the warm, family feel. The grounds are great for relaxing or eating outdoors, and the pool is lovely. The rooms are more like apartments, tastefully furnished and very comfortable, with clean bathrooms and a shower that has good pressure. The location is excellent, with many hiking trails less than a 15-minute drive away. And the adorable guard dog was a highlight. The place is even more beautiful in person than in the photos.

Cinzia and Ada gave us a wonderful week. They were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything, like people we’d known for years. The stone hamlet has independent apartments, well-kept green spaces with barbecue facilities, and a fantastic pool. I’d have preferred a nice breakfast in the morning, though I did appreciate the tart Cinzia’s father left in the apartment. I agree with the review saying that staying with Cinzia feels like being at home. Hope to see you again, girls!

Friends suggested Cinzia’s place, and now I’d recommend it too. For three days, it was all silence, essence, and nature. Dad’s delicious homemade tart, the fireplace crackling, and deer behind the house made a perfect backdrop. Everything felt magical!

Breakfast was such a lovely part of staying here, shared with the other guests in a tastefully furnished room. Grandfather Francesco and Ada prepare natural products each morning. The apartments are comfortable and beautiful, and the place itself is unique, set in the Camaldolese Forest Park, which I visit several times a year. Bye, Cinzia, see you soon!
