Breakfast had plenty of choice and the coffee was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I'd recommend the place for families. We stayed with our three-year-old, who had an extra bed and a baby cot. The rooms are well set up for families: the bedroom had enough space, extra pillows were available, and automatic roller shutters could make it completely dark for an afternoon nap. Bathrooms are a good size, with a shower, bidet, daily towel changes, plenty of storage for toiletries, a toilet reducer, and a hairdryer. Water pressure was good. The apartment kitchen was well equipped with plates, glasses, and cups, though we didn't cook. A small coffee machine or kettle would be a nice addition. There was a big fridge but no freezer. We preferred to eat lunch at the big balcony table, which had chairs, along with a drying rack for clothes and towels. Many rooms have a sea view or a side view. The hotel is right next to the beach. The air conditioning barely worked, if at all, but luckily it wasn't extremely hot.

The child had a great time in the play area, and the photos show it. The hotel is right by the beach, and everywhere we saw, from the rooms to the pool and play space, was clean and well kept. Staff were kind and always smiling. Breakfast was good too, especially the prosciutto and cheese. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend it.

The kids made good use of all three pools, especially the middle one, which was a comfortable depth and temperature. There's also a shallow pool for babies with a slide, and a deeper, cooler one. The playroom was a big hit with our little ones. The nearby beach is lovely, and having free bikes, parking, a bollerwagen, and a stroller available was really handy. We found the staff friendly and the location ideal. The animation was fine, and our kids liked learning songs such as "Mama Lauda." Some activities seemed meant for older children, though, so the 2-, 3-, and 4-year-olds sometimes felt left out. I'd rate the value 3 out of 5. First-time visitors to Bibione will probably be happy here; after many trips, you may feel it's a bit expensive for what's offered. If keeping the kids happy is your main aim, though, it does the job.

We came back for a second year, and my baby is loving the games and care. Last year I was nervous about leaving my 8-month-old with a hotel nanny, but the experience was so good we returned. The rooms are consistently clean and have the basics you need, including simple cooking supplies. The food is amazing, with a varied, fresh all-inclusive menu. Most of all, the service stands out: the kids' entertainers, babysitters, restaurant team, and welcome staff are all wonderful, kind, and ready to help. We'll make this an annual tradition for sure.
