There's plenty of space in the apartment, but it wasn't very clean and there was dust everywhere. While doing the mandatory cleaning before leaving, or they charge you €50, we found a chewed-up stuffed animal, probably a dog's, covered in dust. I have to wonder what the cleaning staff actually do. I mentioned it to the agency when I handed back the keys, and all they said was, "oh well." The furniture could use an update too, though the location is a real advantage.

For me, the location is the best part: the sea and amusement park are both a short walk away, and there are several restaurants and lots of shops beside the hotel. Bibione gets lively in the evening, so there's plenty of street and restaurant noise. The room's furnishings are dated, and the fixtures and bathroom need maintenance. I'd bring my own sheets to avoid renting them from the agency and save a few euros. I also missed having a kettle. There's an elevator, which is a plus. I'd gladly stay here again.

Everything you need is close by: the center, market square, beach, and Piazza Fontana are all easy to reach on foot. The sea is around 300 meters away, and the apartment is almost directly on Via Europa. The parking on site is convenient, and the balconies are spacious and bright. The furnishings could be better. They're not awful, just old and due for upkeep, as are the fittings and bathroom fixtures.

The room layout gives the place a lovely seaside feel, and staying here was a beautiful, unforgettable experience. The hallway is always wet. I get that it's cleaned, but it should be dried too. We also had some inappropriate neighbors.
