The photos tell you plenty about the furnishings and the condition of the place. Getting to the beach is convenient, and the pedestrian zone is even closer. The surrounding area does get noisy until about midnight. It's just about acceptable if all you need is somewhere to sleep. The toilet often smelled of sewage, so I didn't want to eat in the apartment. I'd pay a bit more and find somewhere else.

The best thing is the location, which gets two stars from me. Every morning around 5 or 6, garbage trucks and cleaning machines are really noisy 😡. The rooms are generally a mess, with two small separate beds for a couple 🙁. They even put a folding bed for the child in the kitchen 😯.

The location is the apartment's strong point. There are quite a few issues, though: the car spaces are so tight that parking a bus is almost impossible, and the beach takes a bit of a walk. Some kitchen items are missing, the hot water doesn't last, and a few chairs are broken. The paving stones are uneven enough to be a tripping risk. Prices at the arcade and bazaar are high, and there's a pharmacy too. If you can, you'll need to haggle. Hope this helps anyone looking.

The shared garden is nice, and the location is great. The ground-floor apartment is rather dark. Other than that, it's OK.
