Our room had a stunning view, and the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, with a welcoming, relaxing feel, and the staff were kind and keen to help. Communication was the hard part. The staff didn’t speak English, so we relied on Google Translate for most interactions. Even simple requests could take longer and be more complicated. The accommodation and hospitality are lovely, but better English communication would make the stay easier.

The location was excellent, close to the beach and well connected to the city centre. We really enjoyed staying here. Our room was nice and clean, and breakfast had lots of food and was very good. A super nice lady was happy to help with any information. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Our booking was canceled a week before the trip, which left us wondering how we could rely on a place that didn’t keep its website availability up to date. I’ve attached a picture of my conversation with this person. It makes clear that this review won’t damage their reputation, and they seem to do as they please without caring about guests. Would you really want to stay here?

The room and bathroom were clean and simple, and breakfast was okay. The location is handy too: the train station is right nearby, and one stop takes you to the edge of Naples’ historic district.

Jenny, in response to your message: how was my family supposed to carry on with the holiday while I was in hospital? I wanted to show you the report, but explained that they wouldn’t give it to me in the evening and I was heading home the next morning. I didn’t lie. You said you weren’t the owner, yet the reviews all say “the owner Jenny.” You also said there was no such hospital, implying I was a liar. If you really wanted the truth, you could have called the hospital and department I told you about. They didn’t speak English; all they said to me was, “Enjoy your holiday.” You already knew all this. If keeping the money will make you richer and a better person, then keep it!!!
