The apartment has plenty of space and is really well placed for seeing Naples. But it was dirty, including the dishes. We arrived at night and there were no sheets or towels for the five of us. The person handling check-in came back 30 minutes later with a garbage bag full of them. Sound carried badly through the apartment, so we had to sleep with earplugs. Some “luxury”.

With all the stairs, this place isn't suitable for families with small children. The house has no soundproofing, so bring earplugs, and it wasn't particularly clean. We asked for a crib when booking, but it wasn't there. After asking several times, we finally got one on the third day, without sheets. My wife and I basically had to sleep separately that night. Arriving after 8:00 PM also costs an extra 20 euros. The location is the only positive.

The location is convenient, but the house was so filthy that there were urine stains on the pillows and mattresses, and even a surprise in the toilet, yes, that one. We had to buy inflatable mattresses to sleep on. When we told the agency about the condition of the place, they said someone would come clean the next day. We called again then, and they claimed they'd cleaned the room while we were there, which obviously wasn't true. Afterward they stopped answering our calls. The house had no cleaning supplies either, so we had to buy those ourselves. The agency was unreliable and completely unprofessional. On vacation, after spending your hard-earned money, finding conditions like that is the last thing you want. It really wasn't worth staying there.

We stayed here with friends and found the property comfortable and new. It’s in a great spot in central Naples, with amenities and services that were satisfactory. The price felt very reasonable for what was offered compared with the market.
