Since we mostly just slept there and had breakfast, it was good value. The air conditioning was included in the price, which isn't always the case elsewhere, and so was a beach spot with an umbrella. On that basis, it worked out fine.

The lockable underground garage was the one good point. The place felt more like a hostel than a hotel, with a strong garbage smell in the bathroom, a high balcony wall that blocked the street view, and awful noise coming from the corridors.

The worst parts were the bathroom and the beds. There was hardly any room to move in the bathroom, the shower was broken, the water heater couldn't keep up with two people, and there was no hot water. The pipes also gave off a horrible stagnant-water smell. The smallest bed creaked so much that someone turning over could wake everybody. I don't know if the cleaning staff miss the shelves built into the beds, but they seemed not to notice them. For the price, it was absolutely not worth it. We were planning to sleep and shower there and spend the rest of our time out, but the room was beyond words when we got in. The cleaning ladies were leaving just before we entered, yet it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was dust all over the shelves, and the refrigerator was filthy and smelled so bad it was unbearable. We spent more than two hours cleaning up ourselves. Bring bath towels, and preferably pillowcases to cover the bedding, because the pillows looked stained and smelled. The only upside is that the place is fairly close to the sea and the "shopping center".

Customer service was impossible to reach. We arrived at 11 in the morning to a filthy apartment. The cleaning staff only turned up around 12-1 and spent an hour cleaning, but the fridge, cutlery, dishes, beds, and sofa were still dirty. The shower was damaged too. We didn't get to the beach until about 2, and it was at least 1 km away, not as advertised. You can hear practically everything from the neighboring apartments. 1/5, I would never recommend this place.

Nothing in the kitchen was clean, including the plates and cutlery, and the rooms were dusty and dirty. I even found used tissues in a drawer. The gas cylinder also wasn't delivered when agreed, so we waited two days. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
