We’ve stayed in many places as tourists and have never felt treated with such disrespect. The lack of clear information and communication was unacceptable, and the whole thing added stress to our holiday. I wouldn’t recommend this place. We booked through Booking.com and paid almost €100, thinking everything was included. Right after booking, we were told there’d be a separate tourist tax, and then learned that sheets and towels weren’t provided, although that hadn’t been made clear when we booked. The app said we’d pay at check-in, but the money was taken immediately.

We booked an apartment but were told it had no sheets or towels. That wasn’t mentioned at booking. We also had to pay a tourist tax on top, despite the app saying payment would be at check-in. In fact, the nearly €100 had already been taken a few minutes after we booked. As tourists, we found this unacceptable and disrespectful. There were no basic amenities or services, and I’d leave the review without a star if the app allowed it.

Booking a two-bedroom apartment, I expected at least some basic comfort. After confirming, I got a message saying there’d be no sheets, towels, toilet paper, hygiene or cleaning products, tablecloth, or dishcloth. You’d need to arrive with a packed suitcase for a move. If I’d wanted to camp, I’d have brought a tent, since at least you know what to expect. Maybe next time we’ll need to bring a mattress, front door, or bathroom wall too. A complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests. Great choice if you like unpleasant surprises!
