Condominio Brionetta

The only thing going for this place was its location, close to both the beach and the luna park. We went on a school trip and had a really bad stay. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, there was no air conditioning or Wi-Fi, and our shower kept leaking water that had nowhere to drain because the bathroom had no other drain. The beds had no covers or pillowcases. We paid 50 euros per apartment, with a promise we'd get it back if we left the rooms clean. We cleaned, but the inspectors were rude and kept finding things to complain about. It felt like they didn't want to return the money. After a lot of frustration they did give it back, but then charged us another 100 euros because some of us had been “disrespectful.” I don't recommend it.

The room was 28°C, with no air conditioning or any kind of fan. We had to keep the windows open, but there were no screens and we got bitten all over. There was no Wi-Fi either, which is unacceptable in 2023. The electricity cut out several times. Nobody had explained how to reset it, so we were without power for a day until we figured it out ourselves. We called repeatedly about these problems and never got a response. It was clear the room hadn't been checked for cleaning. There was mold in the bathroom and disgusting blankets in the closet, and the beds were awful. The place looked like it hadn't been updated in about 30 years. This was the worst stay I've had in Bibione, or pretty much anywhere. Don't stay here if you want a pleasant, relaxing holiday.

From outside the building looks new and attractive, but the apartment was a shock. Everything inside was old and dirty, and the furniture and doors were damaged. The bathroom grout and toilet were black with grime, and the toilet looked crusted over, as if it hadn't been cleaned. The shower curtain was brown along the bottom. There were spit marks on the bedroom French window, and we found two empty plastic bottles, one under the bed and the other under the entry cabinet. I don't think the apartment had been cleaned before we arrived, so we cleaned it ourselves. It's a shame, because the location is excellent, just steps from the center, sea, and amusement park. With more care for the apartment, it could be really lovely.

No air conditioning, so the room was hot for reasons that had nothing to do with romance. The place felt like an insect experiment, and cleanliness and hospitality were both nowhere to be found. If you're after an extreme adventure, bring proper bug spray. Their slogan could be: sweat, scratch, and feel pointless!
