Condominio Skipper B4

We had a wonderful stay in July 2024, and the room met our expectations. The place was newly built then, with new furnishings and renovations. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen appliances were good, and there was plenty of kitchenware. There was a coffee maker but no kettle, and a bucket and broom; bring a rag if you’re planning to mop. The elevator worked, and the AC ran with the door and balcony windows closed. The underground garage had plenty of wide parking spaces. My long, loaded minivan did skid when I entered the ramp from the road, though it was fine once the car was empty. The beach was five minutes away on foot, the main street two minutes, and all the amenities were nearby. Marina Agency’s staff were excellent and spoke German. We were missing a pillow and a chair, but they brought both after I called. Big thanks to everyone there! Wi-Fi costs 10 euros per week per device and isn’t great. The room could use a large mirror for a woman, since there’s only one above the bathroom sink, and a couple of paintings would brighten it up. I also think guests should be reminded to keep quiet after 11 PM. On our last day, some new arrivals partied with music and screaming until 2 AM.

The apartment has exactly five of everything, five bowls, five cups, and five glasses, so it’s furnished very sparsely. The complex is brand new, but there are still a few little things that need doing throughout.
