For what it costs, it ought to be much better.

There were four of us, and our accommodation was clean. The pool felt cold when we tried it, though. The elevator worked and had room for a stroller. Each room has air conditioning, and the kitchen came with plates, dishes, glasses, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment building. Our third-floor room smelled awful, and the floor was filthy. We had to scrub the whole place ourselves, including a completely dirty toilet and stains left on the shower glass by previous guests. The bunk in the small room was hard to get into because its ladder was on the wall side instead of at the front.

The beach is only a two-minute walk away, with restaurants, gelaterias, bars, and supermarkets close by. Our balcony faced the pool, which was cleaned every day, and the apartment price felt fair for its size, location, pool, and the off-season. We came mainly for those things, and with modest expectations the place was fine. Airing it out often and using room fragrance helped with the smell. The building feels old, especially the stairwell and elevator, where a musty smell gets stronger. Parking is fenced and uses chip-controlled gates, with some spaces under the building, some out front, and some covered. Our first-floor room had a light wooden door that was hard to unlock. Inside, the room was clean but smelled unpleasant. The kitchenette is by the entrance, with a fridge-freezer, table and four chairs, three-seat sofa, microwave, coffee maker, and TV. The furniture and curtains look like they're from the 70s or 80s, and everything has soaked up the musty odor. The dishes, cookware, cutlery, fridge-freezer, gas stove with gas cylinder, and sink seemed fairly new and tidy. The kitchen has the essentials. The bathroom is newer and fairly spacious, with a toilet, shower, bidet, and sink. The boiler supplied hot water reliably. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles, plus double-door wardrobes in both. The mattresses are firm, and in the double bed, one of us gets seasick when the other turns over :D The whole apartment is tiled and easy to clean. Air conditioning worked well in all three living areas. There was a clothes rack, cleaning supplies, a dish sponge, a tiny bottle of dish soap, maybe 10ml, and dishcloths. Everything else needs to be brought along. The balcony has a round table and three chairs, and that's about all the room there is.
