Hotel Airone

The location was great, fairly close to the sea, with restaurants and a few shops nearby. They offer sunbeds in the first rows on the beach, which was really nice, and reception staff were pleasant. The room was clean, though not perfect. The hotel could use serious renovation, and the furniture is quite old. The safe was tiny, just enough for a phone and credit cards. The shower was equally small, and someone a little chubby might find there isn't enough room to feel comfortable. We booked a middle-sized room for two, described as able to fit three, but I think space would be quite limited for three adults.

Only a three-minute walk to the private beach, and the location was excellent. The room was spotless, the beds comfortable, and the balcony was large. Staff were friendly, breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and there was a lovely terrace by the hotel. The shower stall in our room was very small.

The rooms are on the small side, but they’re clean, and the hosts make you feel welcome. It’s close to the beach, though not right on it. Parking is on the street, where there are usually plenty of free spots. Good value for the price.

On the last night, both of our families’ rooms on the first floor were robbed while we were asleep. The staff weren’t supportive, and being charged for the entire stay as soon as we arrived had already seemed suspicious. I can’t recommend staying here in good faith.
