We only stayed one day, even though we’d booked four nights. The room wasn’t the one we’d reserved, and the internet wasn’t working. After we complained, we saw that the hotel owner had removed the free Wi-Fi from the hotel description, and he shouted at me. He was very unfriendly, much like other reviewers said, and seemed to invite guests to leave when they raised an issue. We come to Bibione every year, and I’ve traveled around the world, but I’ve never had such bad service. Worst hotel ever. Never book this place.

They were rude, called us names, and their arrogant behavior ruined our whole vacation. The service here was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast had everything we could wish for, and the rooms were very clean, most of them newly furnished. It’s a very welcoming, friendly family-run place, and everyone was accommodating.

You’re just a few steps from the sea and pedestrian area, and prices are lower than average. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The room rate also covers beach service with an umbrella and two lounge chairs, plus parking in the blue-lined spaces around town when you show the permit they provide. Highly recommended!
