Hotel Luna

The outdoor pool was nice and warm, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful, and the food was above average. For the price, the service was good. Parking was a problem, with more cars than spaces. Once you found a spot, it was better not to use your car. The lifts also had a strange way of picking up passengers. I needed to go from the second floor to the ground floor, but went to the seventh and then the fourth. The waits for the lifts were long.

Antonio, the super-friendly waiter in the hotel restaurant, made our week even better. Luna Hotel also helped us make the most of an active holiday in Bibione by offering free bikes. They were comfortable and well maintained. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. A couple of things could be improved. It would be nice to have a gym, perhaps using half of the playroom on the -1 floor. Also, be careful with the vegetables for the make-your-own salads. I'd skip those next time and stick to the cooked food. We spent a week here and had a really great time. It's a four-star hotel, but Antonio was its fifth star.

The swimming pool was really good, and the hotel itself was very good too. But despite five reminders in advance about the invoice, they didn't provide one. The reception service was really poor, and the staff didn't seem qualified to issue it. Be prepared for a horror show 🙃. Apart from that, I really recommend staying here!

The loud music from across the street went on until 11 in the evening, which wasn't pleasant for a family with kids. Breakfast was included, but it was so badly organized that we had to wait a long time for someone to notice we wanted to eat. Everyone seemed busy. The internet didn't work either. The reception man wasn't very friendly. He was speaking in his language with another person, apparently thinking we couldn't understand, and said we should pay more than the person who recommended the hotel had told us. That person was the receptionist at another hotel that was full and had sent us to Hotel Luna. They were part of the same company, and that receptionist had checked the system and told us the price. We spoke German with the man at reception. After he saw our IDs and realized we weren't German, he became less friendly. We won't ever go back to this hotel.
