The apartment was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had plenty of equipment, though the utensils were a little dated. The property is close to both the center and the beach, which is easy to reach on foot. There’s also a minimarket near the residence with everything needed for everyday shopping at reasonable prices. We never used the pool. It was crowded, always in the sun, and had no umbrellas. The parking spaces were long and narrow, and our car was parked with its door right next to another car’s. The beach was very large, but far too crowded. What we missed was having someone around to manage or supervise the property. I’m used to that kind of human connection, and it really makes a difference. It was our first trip to Bibione. The holiday went well, but I don’t think we’ll return.

The location is perfect, right by the beach, next to a shop, and a short way from the main shopping street. The rooms are nice. The pool’s pleasant, but in the heat it’s too hot to cool off there. The air conditioning worked fine at night but couldn’t keep up during the day. From 10am to 4pm it blew air without cooling. I told the agency, which sent someone out. It was siesta time before they arrived, and by then the air conditioning had started working again. It felt more like a lousy energy-saving setting. The dishwasher didn’t work either, so I’ve taken a star off for that and the air conditioning.

The building is easily the prettiest around here. We've stayed twice and both times were good. The beach is under five minutes away, and there's a lift and a really nice, big pool. The rooms are fine too, with a very roomy balcony (see pictures), a dishwasher, three beds and a sofa bed for a fourth guest. Cleaning could be better, though. There was still a lot of hair in the room.
