Residenza Al Parco

We'd definitely return. Our two-storey apartment could sleep up to nine and was huge and clean, with everything working perfectly. There was plenty of room on the large balcony. The apartment came with two beach spots, two parasols, four sun loungers and two chairs. Parking is in the underground garage, where each apartment has its own lockable garage box rather than a marked space. Our station wagon with a roof box fitted just fine. If you come in two cars, the second one can be left on the street.

The apartment itself was okay, but the check-in and cleaning were a real mess. The website said check-in was possible from 11:00 AM, yet we got the keys at 9:00 AM and were told the apartment still needed about two hours of cleaning. When we came back around 11:30 AM, it was still very dirty. After many phone calls and inquiries, we finally got a clean apartment around 1:30 PM. The cleaning staff were unfriendly and aggressive, which made an already unpleasant situation worse. The organization and cleanliness need a lot of improvement.

We were very happy with it. The accommodation was nice, close to the beach, with large rooms and everything tidy. Both swimming pools were beautiful and clean. There's a lift, an underground garage you can lock, and an ice cream shop and store just around the corner.

It's clean, and while the rooms look a bit dated, the amenities are still excellent. The beach is pleasantly close, and the supermarket and restaurants aren't far either. The pool stairs have been broken for years, though. They should invest in better access, especially for people who need it.
