Villa LISA in Bibione Lido dei Pini left us very disappointed, and after a week there I wouldn't go back. The house wasn't cleaned properly, and even basic things were missing from the kitchen. For what we paid, we expected a clean place with at least some comfort, but neither was there from the start to the end. The terrace light didn't work, so we couldn't spend evenings outside. It took several calls and visits to the agency before they finally brought a lamp. I can't recommend it.

There was a lot of potential here, but the neglect made our stay feel more like a shabby place to sleep than a luxury villa. For that price, we expected basic cleanliness and working amenities, so we definitely wouldn't recommend it. The photos made the house look great, but it was very different in person. It was dirty, with cobwebs around, mold above the bed in one room, and a musty smell in the wardrobes. The kitchen had very little equipment. One frying pan wouldn't work on the induction hob, and there wasn't a sponge, cleaning product, or even a mop for the bathroom floor. We couldn't even find wine glasses. When we asked, they said, "that's standard." The terrace light was broken too. At first we were told they didn't have time to fix it. Someone eventually came, but all they brought was a lampshade with a cable plugged into the socket. It looked pretty comical and improvised. 😂
