Villa Mery

The location worked well for us: the center was close, the beach only a few minutes away, and there were plenty of shops for food and other things. We stayed from 29th of June to 6th of July 2024 with our two kids, aged 9 and 1. Parking was easy with a dedicated spot, and the small garden out front gave the kids a bit of room to play while we sat outside. Our apartment was fairly clean, though there was water on the floor when we arrived and we had to clean it up. The fridge was old and rusty, and both it and the old, smelly mattress had an unpleasant odor, so we opened all the windows. It can also get noisy depending on the apartment, with people moving around. We had a ground-floor place because of the kids, and the neighbors above us were really loud. We struggled to fall asleep and were tired, so I'd suggest asking for a first-floor apartment if you can. Check-in took about 30 minutes, but we weren't there in high season. Checkout was very quick, we just left the keys at reception. It was a good stay, though not a great one. Cleaning and some of the old equipment need attention, and I'm not sure I'd return.
