Agorà Palace Hotel

We stayed here for a wedding, and the hotel was very accommodating. They provided thoughtful extras like a clothes steamer, ironing station, shoe shine machines, and spare cables, as well as cribs and pack n’ plays for other wedding guests. The staff were all very friendly, and the service was exceptional. It’s right in the heart of Biella, close to a mall with a full-sized supermarket. The restaurants were very good too, including the buffet breakfast. An excellent business hotel.

I had to add three days to my stay after becoming ill in Biella, and the staff took good care of me throughout. Marta and Sophia at the front desk were especially helpful and concerned, and housekeeping kept bringing me extra towels and supplies. The room was bright and comfortable, with a nice desk and chair, a comfortable bed, and a well-appointed bathroom. I also enjoyed the excellent meals at the restaurant. Just across from a small park, the hotel is next to convenient shopping and beside the Old Town, which was fun to explore. I’d definitely stay again if I were in the area.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was included, with a well-stocked buffet, plenty of choices, and even some gluten-free options. The staff were amazing, professional, helpful, and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning, beds, and space. The carpets are a little worn, though it didn’t affect our stay. Parking under the building felt secure. It’s handy for getting around on foot, with a large grocery store next door and restaurants nearby. Recommended!

The restaurant was fab, with a delicious menu, great wines and cocktails, and excellent service. Breakfast had a generous spread with plenty of variety for everyone. The hotel was super clean and the rooms were fabulous and beautifully maintained. Every staff member we met was so friendly and helpful, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Book with confidence.
