We loved the vintage feel and how thoughtfully the place has been updated with modern comforts. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated, just right for our weekend away. The host also gave us great suggestions for local restaurants and things to see.

We never checked in. We had booked a room for 17 nights using a special offer, but on the morning we were due to arrive, the owner withdrew it and gave us excuses that made no sense. It didn't seem at all suited to a peaceful stay.

Our Scandinavian guests were really impressed. We'd gladly recommend it.

A lovely B&B, and one I'd happily recommend.
