The location was convenient for visiting the city, and there was free parking nearby. But we stayed for two nights and found the cleanliness lacking. There were cobwebs, hair by the shower tray, encrusted deposits, and a moldy toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Dust had also built up in the corners of the main room, along the perimeter lined with rocks.

This wonderful place has an artist's soul. You walk in and everything seems to speak to you. It's warm and welcoming, and it felt like home, whether staying one night or several days. In Biella's historic neighborhood, everything is easy to reach on foot. The apartment has what you need for a short visit or a longer stay, including bathroom linens and a kitchen with dishes. It was spotlessly clean. Maya is a fantastic person and the place is 100% recommendable. Thank you, Maya!

Parking is nearby, and you can unload luggage conveniently right outside the door. The apartment is on the first floor, but the steps are low and comfortable for everyone. I used it for relatives who were visiting, and we were all more than satisfied. It's clean, spacious, and completely quiet, with good heating in winter and a cool feel in summer. The tasteful furnishings and very central location put bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and everything else you might need close by. There's a coffee and tea maker, a full kitchen, and even a small balcony. Highly recommended!

You can feel the art, passion, and poetry in every corner of this delightful apartment. Maya is just as lovely as the place. It's equipped with every comfort and makes a great base for visiting Biella and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Maya is kind, an excellent host, and always available. The apartment is thoughtfully detailed, in one of Biella's historic centers, and easy to reach on foot whether you're here for work or leisure. We'll definitely be back.
