The common area was useful for work and study, but it had no power outlets at all. I used the TV outlet, which was available there and in the bedroom. Our basic little apartment was functional, with a large bathroom and shower, no hair dryer, plus a bedroom area with an armchair and roomy wardrobe. We’d booked a double for two, then asked for an extra bed at the last minute. The place seems to have been recently renovated. It’s on the second floor, a few meters from scenic Porta S. Felicianetto, and about 400 meters from the city center, Porta Romana, and the Army Selection and Recruitment Center. Convenient, but very basic.

For what we paid, this was really poor. We had just one towel each for two nights, the televisions didn’t work, and the air conditioning was broken. The rooms weren’t great. The location is handy for the center, though, and I recommend Trattoria del Corso, the food is excellent and the staff are truly special.

The apartment has new furnishings and interiors and seems to have been recently renovated. It’s centrally located, within walking distance of both the station and the Army Selection Center. Still, there were drafts from the windows, and the bathroom had traces left by previous guests, including hair, fur, and footprints.

I had a terrible experience. The room and sheets were dirty, as was the bathroom, and the windows were stained. The staff were rude and unsympathetic. I can only say, don’t stay here. I don’t recommend this property.
