B&B Benjamas

The price was the real draw: €70 for us, breakfast included. The rooms are roomy, with a new, quiet air conditioner, a fridge, and a coffee machine guests can use for free. The bathroom is clean, though on the small side. The B&B itself is good, even if the location isn’t ideal. The shower was the one thing that got under my skin. The nozzles were so clogged with limescale that barely any water came through. I cleared them myself in a couple of minutes and the shower worked fine, but cleaning that is really a staff job, not something a guest should have to do. Breakfast is mostly packaged food: brioches, sandwich bread, snacks, yogurt, Nutella, jam, and fruit juice. There’s some fresh fruit, but nothing savory. The coffee machine takes pods, so you can’t get a cappuccino or anything like that.
