B&B Agorà Bisceglie

I had to cancel my Smartbox reservation after speaking with the owner, despite the booking having gone through successfully. He said there were no rooms for Smartbox guests, which makes me wonder why we should be treated as second-class customers. He also quoted 90 euros to add a night, although the Smartbox website said 30 euros. I cancelled to avoid an argument and the chance of arriving in Puglia with nowhere to stay. If I hadn't called first, I might have ended up without a room. Truly unprofessional. I agree with the previous review from another Smartbox customer: don't book here.

Angelo and Giuliana took such good care of us, meeting our requests and making us generous breakfasts with local products. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had every comfort, and the central spot made it easy to get to the main attractions. The owner's welcome was impeccable, and we felt at ease straight away.

Angelo and Giuliana were attentive and welcoming throughout our six-night stay over the April 25th long weekend. The B&B was a fantastic find. We had clean rooms, a good breakfast, and warm croissants each morning. Its location made it easy to get between the town center and the seafront. My husband and I would happily recommend it.

We had a very good stay a few months back, so it's disappointing to leave a negative review now. We booked with a Smartbox our friends had given us. The owner called to confirm, then said the bike rental included in the package couldn't be provided because it was out of season. In that same call, he said Smartboxes are only accepted out of season, which doesn't make sense. We tried reaching Smartbox through its website, and apparently they took time to contact the property. We're really disappointed.
