Arco Gentile

Breakfast was a nice extra, and the kitchen also had coffee, tea and water ready for us. The apartment is tucked into a quiet part of the historic town, with spacious rooms, beds already made up for our very late arrival, and a powerful shower. We all slept wonderfully. From first contact through checkout, the whole stay was beyond perfect. Thanks so much for the brief, well-organized stay. The owners were very friendly and the service was superb.

The owner was attentive and helpful, and the place puts you right in the center of town. Bitonto feels cozy, without a huge number of tourists, and people are very helpful. I'd definitely choose this place next time.

Very clean, a great location, and the owner was lovely. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was good too.

We were a larger group and all had the same unpleasant experience. I'd read the reviews before booking and thought this would be a good choice, but what we found was completely different. The rooms weren't well maintained, had a musty smell, and the bathroom walls were peeling. During our stay the rooms weren't cleaned, and the linen and towels weren't changed. I tried using the air conditioner to heat the room, but it was so dirty and dusty that I had to turn it off. There was an electric radiator too, but it made an unbearable racket at night. Breakfast was a voucher for a nearby bar, where you got a croissant and coffee, and I found the quality very poor. Other reviews mentioned help with parking, but that wasn't true for us. Everyone parked wherever they could, without assistance. I don't understand the good reviews. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.
