The owner was a real highlight, so kind. We stayed for a weekend, and the location was great too. The rooms were very basic, but spotless, and breakfast was good.

It’s in a really convenient spot, and the new windows keep the outside noise out. The staff are attentive and friendly, and everything is impeccably clean. It never lets me down.

We were disappointed, especially since my husband and I first met at the Adler back in '92. We’d booked one night with breakfast after mid-August, for a price that felt far too high. Only when we arrived at the Adler reception did they tell us our room was at another hotel, Tosi. The room was clean and the furniture new, but the toilet was oddly inside the shower stall. There was no balcony, just a barred window, so I had nowhere to hang our wet towels and swimsuits. They should tell guests about the other hotel when booking, not on arrival.

When I come back to Riccione, I’ll stay here again. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable, close to the sea and everything else. I’ve stayed in many Riccione hotels over the past 20 years, and this one went beyond what I expected. Marta and her daughter Simonetta run it with real care and professionalism. You feel looked after and part of the family. Thank you, Marta, for your affection, dedication and touching kindness, and Simonetta for running the hotel so well alongside her. I’m leaving with a big hug and so much gratitude. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The staff were courteous, and breakfast was good, though the croissants were very hard and seemed stale. I’ve read that other guests have mentioned this too. Still, I wouldn’t recommend the property to families with young children unless every detail is confirmed in writing, because the information felt fragmented and misleading in several places. I booked an “All Inclusive” stay based on the quoted amenities. The beach-lounger details contradicted each other, one part listed one lounger and another listed two. I missed the discrepancy and didn’t ask, so my 3-year-old daughter and I ended up sharing one. Our umbrella was in the last row, far from the sea but near the pool. The pool had visible brown stains in the corners, with no sign they were left by the bad weather, and the €10 bracelet deposit for pool access hadn’t been mentioned. Entertainment was also listed in the offer but wasn’t included. Meals were at an outside restaurant, as stated in the quote, but lunch at 1:00 PM and dinner at 7:45 PM didn’t work well with a small child. There was no option to have dinner earlier. One evening I asked for 180 ml of warm milk for my daughter and was charged €1. It’s the principle that bothered me: with an all-inclusive package and a young child, I expected a little more consideration. Some towels described as clean had a visible stain that looked like blood, which we only noticed after using them. After two days of rain and hail, I asked if we could use the beach on our final morning. They said I’d have to ask the lifeguard for “a favor,” and the resort, which had arranged the beach booking, showed no willingness to help. When I returned the keys, they seemed surprised I was leaving instead of staying at the beach at my own expense or asking the lifeguard for a half-day. They then offered a trip to Beach Village, the water park included in the stay, with lunch back at the supporting hotel before collecting our luggage. With a small child, a water park over 1 km away, a 17-minute walk, wasn’t a practical option, especially with no advance notice or real organization at around 9:45 in the morning.
