I ended up here because of a mix-up on someone else's part, but the room was a pleasant surprise: comfortable beds and a tasteful renovation with quality materials. I do have a question about the reception hours, though I'm sure that confusion wasn't the property's fault. If I come back to Bitonto, I'd happily stay here again.

The property itself is nice, but our stay was a terrible experience. We were left to sort things out ourselves, there was no breakfast, and the special deal was at a bar even farther out of the way than the B&B. It's on the outskirts, so you have to walk to reach the main sights, and the area felt desolate, with the hospital directly across the street. I'd tell the owner that a bit of effort is needed to earn money. I don't recommend it.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet, with new furnishings chosen in good taste. We were warmly welcomed and they were very accommodating. Great value for money, and I couldn't find anything to fault.

I liked the traditional feel inside, especially the arched ceiling and the chianche flooring. It's in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the center. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, and their suggestion for where to eat was a good one.
