Such a lovely apartment, with super comfortable beds and pillows. It’s in a great spot, with restaurants and cafés right on the apartment’s street. The host was really nice and quick to reply to messages.

I booked on Wednesday for a Friday and Saturday stay, then cancelled on Thursday because Bologna municipality had ordered people not to attend business meetings in person in Bologna, due to flooding in the previous days. I guess the owner saw a chance to make easy money and refused to waive the fee. That was within their rights, and they chose to do it. Fair enough, but future guests may want to know before booking.

I regularly stay in Nel Sole properties for work, and Alina has always been helpful, professional, and courteous. She’s available when needed, sorts out issues promptly, and pays attention to guests’ needs while remaining discreet. My experience with her has simply been perfect. The apartments are spacious and quiet, in high-end residential settings, and conveniently placed within walking distance of Bologna’s main sights. They’re great for a short stay in this beautiful city. Even the less modern ones are impeccably clean. Bathrooms come with new, spotless amenities and high-quality cleaning products. Most apartments have small but modern, functional kitchens, with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and the utensils you need for everyday basics. For a city like Bologna, I’ve found the prices among the lowest, even during busy trade fair periods.

A small, clean, comfortable apartment right on Via Indipendenza in the center. The host is very kind and always there to help if needed. We’ll be back.
