The room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom. Getting in and out was easy, and the room is reached by elevator. Shops, restaurants, cathedrals, and other sights are an easy walk away, as is the central train station, about 10-15 minutes on foot. I wish I’d stayed longer.

Massimo and Filippo were a great help during our first visit to Bologna, even recommending their favorite restaurants. The booking, arrival, and checkout all went smoothly, which put us at ease for our three-night stay at Casa Faccioli. We had the Raffaele room, which was spacious, spotless, well equipped, and cleaned daily. The location right in the centre of Bologna is hard to beat. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve already recommended Casa Faccioli to friends and we’ll definitely stay again next time.

We had a lovely stay in the Guilia Suite. From the private terrace, we could see a couple of the medieval towers. The room was spacious and clean, with a large private bathroom, mini fridge, and easy elevator access. It’s centrally located near the main piazza, and Massimo was helpful and easy to reach. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

Massimo made sure everything was lined up before I arrived, sending directions and access codes in case I got there early, and he still greeted me in person. The room was quiet, clean, spacious, and had a comfy bed. Casa Faccioli is in a great area with plenty to do nearby. I loved staying here and plan to return next time I’m in Bologna.

My wife and I stayed one night at Casa Faccioli Bed and breakfast and booked massages with Alessandra. We had a great stay, and the massages were great too. Massimo and Tatiana were wonderful to work with, and Alessandra is a top-notch massage therapist.
