Loved the location, about a 10-minute walk to the town centre and its porticoes. I got 17 mosquito bites, though, and had to wait 30 minutes outside in the heat before I was let in. The host is super friendly and old school. Messages on WhatsApp don't always get answered, so call him. The bed was hard, typical Italian style, and the place had plenty of amenities that made it feel homey. There's a century-old elevator, but its size and quirks make it hard to manage with a large suitcase. The floors are 15 feet high, so going up three flights with a heavy suitcase isn't fun. I don't usually travel heavy, but this time I had presents to take home. Typical American lol.

The owner was really kind and helpful. We had a spacious, clean room with plenty of food and amenities provided, and the location was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to Tiziana and Claudio. They were warm and professional, and paid attention to even the little things guests might need. The property is new and spotless, with comfortable rooms and a generous breakfast. The mini-bar was stocked for whatever we needed, and the location worked well for both the city center and the hospitals. Highly recommended.

We’ll definitely come back. BeB Porta di Levante is only a short walk from the historic center, and the welcoming rooms feel thoughtfully set up to make you feel at home. There’s plenty of space, including in the bathrooms, which have the products you need. Everything was impeccably clean, and the shared area had all the essentials. We also appreciated the elevator, parking, generous breakfast, room snacks, and well-stocked fridge. Tiziana and Claudio were so friendly and accommodating that it felt like we’d known them for years. A lovely stay, and one we’ll happily recommend. Thank you, Tiziana and Claudio.
