Getting into the room was straightforward, with clear instructions, and it was clean and spacious. We were only in Bologna for a night, but really enjoyed our stay. The old town is close by, with lots of attractions and good restaurants. We’d stay here again if we come back to Bologna.

The room had plenty of space and came with hangers, a coffee machine, and a kettle. Towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer were in the bathroom. Parking is possible across the street on the blue lines, and the location is pretty good. Simone was very polite and helpful on WhatsApp, and assisted with whatever we needed. Thank you!

The host was quick to answer all my questions, and everything had been arranged to make the stay comfortable. The place was clean and cool. A top stay in a great property!

It takes no more than five minutes to walk into the city centre, and the location is perfect. The parking spaces are tight, but they’re behind an electric gate, which feels nice and safe. A very nice place.

For a same-day booking at a reasonable price, this was OK for one night on a budget. There’s no reception, since the rooms are managed remotely, but the host explained everything clearly on WhatsApp and helped with our questions. The room was clean on the surface, though it didn’t feel that way. It was very basic and uninviting, with stains on the bathroom walls and mold in the shower. Some more attention to the rooms would help.
