It took us a while to find the entrance, but after that everything was straightforward. We made a short stop in Bologna on the way south to Rome and weren't disappointed with our first stay at B&B Mercedes. It's handy for the station and a few local restaurants. The room was clean, the shower was hot and worked well, and breakfast downstairs at a local cafe was great. The owner was accommodating and friendly, and the stay was excellent value.

The B&B is in a handy spot, about a 15 minute walk to Bologna Central Square, and the rooms were clean and nicely renovated. There was a welcome basket too. Breakfast at the Cafe was basic, just coffee and croissants, but the pastries tasted really good. The host was one of the friendliest I've come across.

The room had a comfortable bed and a really spacious bathroom, and everything was superbly clean. The host was very, very friendly and provided excellent service. It's close to the station for the airport bus, and around a 15 minute walk to the historic centre. Highly recommended.

We loved how clean and nicely decorated the room was, and the hospitality was great. You can walk to all the tourist spots in about 15 minutes.

Thanks for making our Bologna stay such a nice experience. The room was spotless and had been prepared perfectly. I hope to enjoy Mariana's hospitality again soon.
