The location was great, and the bed was comfortable with a clean bathroom. Still, evenings were noisy and breakfast was very basic. Communication with the owner, or whoever handled it, was terrible. I tried to arrange checkout and got no reply until I was already at the airport. The place I stayed the night before, a different B&B, was nothing like that. It was just OK, and I wouldn't stay again.

We never stayed, but were still charged. Ten minutes after booking, I asked to cancel because the owner couldn't accommodate our check-in time. There had been no initial charge, and I gave plenty of notice, but the cancellation and booking rules were used to ignore the quick request. Then they went silent and reported us as a no-show so the cancellation fee could be taken without providing a service. Despicable way to take someone's money.

We had a nice, clean room with good ventilation, and the location was great. Checkout was confusing, though, because nobody was there and there were no instructions.

The location was great, but communication with the staff was poor.
