Cinzia made check-in and check-out easy and was very helpful with the timing. The apartment was cozy, spacious, and very clean, and the location near both the train station and city center was ideal. I had a great stay.

Mrs. Cinzia was kind, helpful, and very professional. The apartment is clean, nicely kept, and has everything you need. It's in a great spot, just outside the city walls and close to the historic center. We found it perfect for a family weekend with children.

Cinzia helped us at every step, from the phone call and directions in real time to recommendations for things to see and places to eat. She was so kind that we'd gladly come back to this lovely place. The apartment was clean and comfortable, right in central Bologna and an easy 10-minute walk from the train station.

For two nights in May, this was excellent value. Bologna's center and main sights were about a 10-minute walk away. Cinzia was helpful with parking and shared the basic information we needed about the city. If I come back to Bologna, I'd book this apartment again without hesitation.

Cinzia was very kind and ready to help. The apartment was quiet, well cared for, and had all the comforts we needed. It's right near the city center, with convenient parking close by. I highly recommend it.
